Preocupações deambulando pela mente

As preocupações deambulam pela minha mente, não consigo discernir onde começam ou terminam. Todo eu me encontro refletido em tais preocupações, onde quer que vá elas estão presentes. 

Já não sei se eu tenho essas preocupações, ou se são elas que me tem a mim. 

E no entanto aconteceu, um momento de pausa, e aí vi pela primeira vez essas preocupações são meros pensamentos que surgem em mim. 

Dissipam-se, fico ciente no nada em que se transformaram.
